find a nice syncopated drumloop, loop it in matilde tracker, THEN go mad with E8/01 and 09/xx (put your numbers in the xx)- feel the funk grow! ??custard?? - dippedincustard

Peerstate - A Tweaker's Delight

Peerstate - A Tweaker's Delight

The THA Unison template was great, had to expand on it. A good way to think of what BTDSYS Peerstate does :

a combination of several many peerlfo's together without the fine control that you would get from individual peerlfo's.

You basically take snapshots of what parameters u wish to assign for any number of machines. You then can vary the inertia to 'slide' rather than 'morph' between presets=snapshots - many parameters in motion.

Also i transposed all the notes down one octave for infector3 externally using ChordWizard, changed a few notes and the PeerEnv's help to add even more substance to the sound of the infectors.

Here i used it to add variety, spice, nuances, little bends and dips to the infector params (have both infector param windows open and check out how many parameters get automated :)

You can really take this idea far, you can tie together for instance, all the cutoffs or attacks of machines or etc, to play with sound

You can also create total chaos (don't need a bmx example for this) - add a gen, take a snapshot, hit random, take another snapshot, program 1 peerstate pattern and cover your ears.

If you dont need such a broad, global control of parameters and are looking for finer control from one machine, i would suggest adding tracks to a peerlfo and assigning them to different machines (gens or effs) ....

Also, in Peerstate-THA, the second bmx, you will see the funky possibilites of having peerstate go crazy, thanks to THA for for both bmxs :)

Cool, noolout. I like especially the 303 song. The contributions concerned with BDT machines are really inspiring. I`m just about to post some more.
