If u want Clean Drum Loops or Drum Hits make this line up: EQ+Compressor+Cheapo Stimulaion (not need to edit this efx) Also edit EQ and Compressor u want Cheapo Stimulation Not need to edit simply connect to the end of the line....peace Fanta/Hotelsinus.com - hotelsinus

Odd time signatures in Buzz.

Date: 2001-08-04 Author: ZERO_UNIT Viewed 3276 times

Odd Time signature tutorial by Zero_Unit. Demo written by Zero_unit & Xion Dust Due to 100kb size limit, the example .Bmx's are here: http://www4.tpg.com.au/users/musica/OddSignatureDemo.zip demo size = 268kb The example .Bmx files included are in 5/4,7/4 and 13/4.I strongly suggest reading the F10 (blahblah) section before playing the files. Love that cyanphase songinfo ;) How it's Done: Set the tempo of the song to desired...then set the TPB to 8. now for the time signature...multiply the TPB by the time signature. for example 7/4 would be 7 x 8=56 56 is the amount of steps you should enter in the "steps" input on the F4 (sequence editor) screen. all patterns made in F2 should be the same length as the steps in F4 NOTE: when you save this song remember what time signature its in as Buzz will load the song with "16" steps being default...It will retain its signature...but it will be spaced oddly instead of neatly. AND....make sure you change the step length back to 16 if you load another song...IF YOU DONT...when you save the new song...it will be at 56 steps etc. for 13/4 you will notice that setting the pattern length = 104, there is no 104 in the step input in F4... use 52. Props to Xion Dust. done. ZERO_UNIT
