| Sorry bout that evil Underline. Umm...forgot to mention: Someone on the message board wanted to know how to do slides in the infector... So, the hoover was made in the infector and slides...a lot. 2002-02-08 by hamsteralliance |

| Hmm, very nice, especially that bass sound. I think your right bout Halls machines here, they do kick ass. for example the strings that Evelon made with it (some amazing stuff).
But nevertheless some off the abbrevations Hall used in three off his gens keep me puzzled. Maby you or someone else could try to make some reviews of the three following gens??? HD GS_Ultra_6_Lite, HD GS_Ultra_Pro5+ and HD OzO A It would make me definetly happy cause they smell like hot chocolate but in Alien package ;-)) Greetz 2002-02-08 by Constellation X |

| Me likes the musik and other stuff made by the other rodent. <-- Reply :-P Yeah... The hoover was cool... It's the closest thing I've heard to a old sample I was usin on amiga many years ago. It's not 100% there but 95%... The other 5%... Who cares. Well I don't have much uses for it now... or maybe I will use something like it in some gabba tune. 2002-02-11 by Elektroj?nis |

| doesn't sound anything like my panasonic 600SE quad-filter (grey). what hoover are you using? custard ;op p.s. rodent rocks! 2002-02-11 by dippedincustard |

| Panasonic what... I don't even know why that sound is called hooversynth. On amiga I had sample that sounded much like the sounds referred here as the hooversynth. I was/is quite cool sound and very massive but I overused it... I used to call it "massivesound viyyyy". 2002-02-11 by elektroj?nis |
|
| There are many different types of hoover synths. This does one of them...You can get the more classic sound if you just do more modulation, seperate the tunings of the two oscs a bit more, and do massive slides all over the place and Whoosh! you're magically Prodigy, goldie, or possibly even Praga Kahn. 2002-02-11 by hamsteralliance |

| I tried to make something like it with infector before you posted your review. I notised that tuning the oscs an octave apart and adding little FM between them does very much of it. Sub osc is important too. I just wonder why is it called hoover? Isn't hoover a company that makes vacuum cleaners? Maybe I should just sample my vacuum cleaner instead. Hmmm... Maybe I'll do that anyway. (It isn't hoover though) 2002-02-12 by Elektroj?nis |

| whoops. a little too happy with that return. i think the bass sounds great. i'm not a big fan of the "hoover" synth sound. but i thnk it was programed/patched well in this piece, although a little over powering the drums for my tastes. great feel on the d'n'b! 2002-02-14 by carcus |

| first of all just want to say big ups for figuring this out....one question though? what machines are you using for the hoover and pads on this, the OzO was easy, cause it said it on the machine, but the other machine just says hoover...help me out man, i want to learn how to make hoovers.... 2002-04-23 by craveone |
