colonp asked on Buzzchurch:
"I'd like to automate MIDI bindings, ie. change what my knobs do via a parameter changes in a pattern. Is this possible in buzz?"
It is possible, here is a demo of how using 1 Peer Ctrl, 1 Peer LFO, 1 Infector.
I used MIDI cc1 (modwheel)
Right click peer ctrl and choose 'view PAL' to view peer bindings
Start the sequence playing and move the keyboards mod wheel (make sure kb set to channel 1)
When tick 128 is reached you will switch from controlling osc 1 wave to osc 2 wav
-------------------
How it works:
In a Peer Ctrl, we add 3 tracks.
Track 0 in Peer Ctrl is controlling the Peer LFO's centre with MIDI cc 1
(You could bind the midi control directly to the Peer LFO's centre param, but this way is best, so the midi bindings are saved in the song.)
Track 1 and 2 control the Infector paramaters we want to switch between.
(you could add more easily)
Track 0 in Peer LFO is set to 'on', waveshape: centre, extent: centre/amplitude, track 1.
