Polac VST/DX Adapter and templates

Date: 2004-12-15 Author: S(S) Viewed 3510 times

Hello buzzers!
I'd like to share my experience so it can help someone having the same problem I'd had.
When I've installed Polac's amazing machine, I've created a bunch of templates with my preferred Direct X effects, just to avoid browsing LOTS of plugins!
After some time, I've decided to format my hard disk, but here comes the troubles!
The next time I've tried to save a module containing one or more DX effects, Buzz saved an empty file, a song without any machine in it...OH NO! That fabulous bassline LOST!
After experimenting different solutions, I'd solved the problem deleting ALL the DX templates in the folder and re-creating them! I don't remember if I've used the same name for each template, but I think that this is not so relevant. OK, I hope this may be useful!
Keep buzzing!
