| 2009-02-07 | Joachim releases "Uranus" - a reverb plugin by Joachim | | In his slow attempt to turn the solar system into a series of Buzz plugins, Joachim has now boldly attempted writing a reverb plugin. The plugin takes quite a bit of messing around. Some settings yield quite acceptable reverb, whereas other settings sound quite horrible. Many of the sliders allow you to adjust parameters to extreme and unhealthy values. Also, better filtering options would have improved it's usefulness further. This is why the machine is a beta. The final machine will have more settings. |

hamsteralliance: Any term for a reverb with these kinds of options? I've finally gotten around to updating my index and I'd like to make this reverb plugin more appealing with a one or two word term to slap on it. :)
My knee-jerk reaction at seeing a detune amount was to put, "Lexicon Style" next to it. :P |

Love the whole planetary series.
Great to have a new machine, it's been a bit of a dry spell.
Detune speed? Room quality? This is going to be fun......

joachim: I also bugfixed Tethys. It displayed 6-12-18-24-30-36 dB/oct but the correct values are 12-24-36-48-60-72 dB/oct. (Yes, it really is that steep.)
And I added two new algorithms to Mars 2, and I also increased how much it can distort for some of the older algorithms. |
