| One of THE best buzz machines ever, what do i like about it ? SO much - a few highlights - can do multipattern sequencing using peerchord light, allows full modularity of note transfer between ALL buzz generators .... the random note delays is fun ... you can go down to even subticks of 16/128 for better humanization/realism - a 'strum' up/down feature too.... is really quick and easy to use but very deep and complex if you wish ... a wonderful gift from btdsys ! |

| a few random tips with peerchord :)
It has two versions - a full and a light version
---
The light version can be used as a 'multipattern sequencer' which is often said is lacking from buzz (but isn't).
---
Make sure it's in the generators directory. I once made a mistake and had it in the effects directory & it gave me a lot of problems until I moved it.
---
If you wish to use it for big sweeping octaves across numerous assigned generators (you can always add tracks to it in the pattern editor)
---
Of course peerchord requires multiple tracks in the Target machine (not the peer machine) to create a polyphony/arppegiation effect.
----
If you ran the stereo wrapper on this while in the effects folder, it may cause a problem, again it should be in the generator folder only. (RARE) solution - make sure its in generators and doesn't have a (stereo) name addition
---
To avoid crashes while using a PeerChord, make shure you fill in the sample numbers in the first pattern your assigned sampler is going to be playing (Ie. the PeerChord will play). If you leave out this information in the sampler, and the PeerChord is told to play, the sampler will crash
---
Also, don't delete PeerChord's target machine while playing a song, might crash. |

| I'm giving Peer Chord a perfect 10 review, because it's just FAR too cool of a machine. Right now I have it hooked up to mda Piano and have an incredible groove going with chords & arpeggios. I will NEVER again underestimate the usefulness of this machine. Documentation lays it all out there and is easy to understand. The features are incredibly versatile and the sound is excellent. Thanks, BTD! |

| There is at last one PeerChord in all my songs.
I just wanted to highlight another great feature :
Velocity et Random Velocity Deviation. With this function you can 'drive' parameters (like cutoff) and change their value in time, more or less in a random way. This way you can create cool sweep effect, give an human touch on the way the instrument is played.
Everybody know that Ed Powley (btdsys) is a genius :) But not only. If you have problem with his machine he is always here to help you !
Thanks a lot Ed.
For french talking buzzers : I've made a quite big tutorial on btdsys PeerChord here :
